Clarification:  No, I don’t think 31 is old.  My 20 year old daughter, however, thought that was too old.  Me, I’m a dad, and so you can guess my feelings about it.

    RYC: Thanks for your heartfelt comments on my site. You and I have aligned attitudes regarding school fundraisers. My whole problem with the United Way thing is just that for a buck I hate to ruin my kids’ innocence AND I don’t like that it is like extortion to get the money out of parents. I looked around your site and I really like you! I loved your blog about smiling. Reminded me of Dr. Laura…she always says that feelings follow actions – that you can act your way into feeling a certain way. I look forward to more interactions with you!
